They offer a wide range of recovery programs.

What is your job with Recovery Connections?

I’m a rehab coach.

What do you offer to people who are trapped in an addiction?

Support, empathy, understanding, love.

What is the process of beating an addiction?

Admitting that you’ve got and addiction then asking for help.

If you could give anyone any advice on why they should quit an addiction, what would it be?

I don’t feel as though I have the right to give advice on quitting an addiction, its up to the person themselves and they have to have the will to want to get help.

Addiction affects so many people but has it ever affected you to help those people struggling with substance misuse?

Yeah, I have to try and keep myself emotionally detached but that’s easier said than done.
